Ingredients list:
1 egg, beaten2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. coffee liqueur
1/2 c. Irish whiskey
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin, and set aside.2. In large bowl sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. In small bowl combine butter, cream, liqueur, and whiskey.
4. Sift together the egg, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir into dry ingredients, until just moistened.
5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned, and until a toothpick inserted into the center of one of the muffins comes out clean.
